Summary Plan Description

ELIGIBILITY:

You will be eligible to participate for purposes of elective deferrals when you have completed one (1) Year of Service and have attained age 21.

ENTRY DATE:

Your entry date will be the first day of the month coinciding with or the next following date your satisfy the eligibility requirements.

EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION:

Safe Harbor Nonelective Employer Contribution of 3%. Annual discretionary profit sharing contribution.

VESTING SCHEDULE:

You are always 100% vested in your elective deferrals including catch-up contributions, rollover contributions, and safe harbor contributions.
There is a 6 year graded profit sharing contribution vesting schedule.

DISTRIBUTIONS:

You make take an in-service distribution from the plan if you have attained the age of 59 1/2, or you have incurred a financial hardship.

EStatements are available by going online to www.yourfutureisdaily.com and selecting to receive eStatements under the eStatements tab.

FEE DISCLOSURE:

Qualified Plan Advisors charges 0.00% annually which is billed in four quarterly payments (i.e. 0.00%) for its managed account services.
These services include, but are not limited to, enrollment meetings, risk assessments, ongoing consultations and active money management.
This fee will be deducted from your account in January, April, July, and November not charged on Self Managed of TDF.
