Aaron Kolich, MBA, joined Prime Capital Investment Advisors as a financial advisor in 2023. In his role with the company, Aaron provides personalized guidance and strategies to help investors achieve their financial goals, offering tailored recommendations and ongoing support to help the people he serves navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence.

Prior to joining Prime, Aaron excelled in the human resources and employee benefits sector for nearly a decade, working closely with business owners and administrators to provide right-sized benefits options that not only resonated with their staff, but also offered the most “bang for their buck”. After three years of honing his expertise, Aaron transitioned into a leadership role and managed a team of agents for six years.

Aaron is passionate about helping real people achieve their very real financial goals. Aaron knows that sometimes the path to reach those goals is unclear, and he can help to bring clarity. He believes the ideas and methods that we learn throughout our lives are passed onto future generations, which is why he believes financial literacy is one of the most important lessons we can pass onto the next generation. By helping just one family become more financially secure, the ripple effect can be seismic. That is the kind of impact Aaron wants to make. 

Aaron earned his bachelor’s degree and his Master of Business Administration from Pittsburg State University. He served as a football team captain at Pittsburg State University during his tenure there, and helped lead the team to win the 2011 Division II National Championship. He is  still involved with the game, officiating collegiate football games. He currently holds his Series 65 license. 

Aaron enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, golfing, fishing, and smoking meat for the next BBQ. He was born and raised in the greater Kansas City area, where he currently lives with his wife Amy, and their young son who keeps them busy with his fiery personality that matches his red hair.
