Chris Osmond is the chief investment officer for Prime Capital Investment Advisors (PCIA). Chris began his career in the industry in 2004. Prior to joining PCIA, he served as director of investments at BMO Private Bank. Prior to BMO, he was the assistant vice president/portfolio manager for US Bank’s Private Client Reserve, where he managed $350 million on behalf of high-net worth and successful families, foundation/endowments, institutions, and various trusts.

At PCIA, Chris is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s investment strategies and guiding investment policy for the entire organization. He is a consistent contributor to U.S. News, and frequents Ingram’s Magazine where he has not only been quoted, but published for his insights on how technology is shaping the asset management industry.

Chris obtained his Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Arizona. In addition, he is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst®. Chris is from Denver, CO and now lives in Kansas City with his wife and daughter.

He is actively involved in the community and currently serves on the Steering Committee for the Business Council at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, spending time with family, reading and barbequing.
