For more than two decades, Heather has been a key part of the firm’s ability to provide industry-leading customer service to our clients. She joined the financial services industry in 1997 and has been at the core of QPA since it was launched more than 15 years ago.

As the Director of Retirement Plan Experience, she dedicates her energy, passion, and time to ensuring our plan sponsor clients, participants, and advisors have a positive retirement plan experience. She serves as a Relationship Manager to many plan sponsors and assists with all aspects of plan operations, including fund changes, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, plan design, and notice review. She also oversees the communication flow associated with conversions and transitions for both existing and new client fee-based qualified plans.  Heather’s relationships with our recordkeeper partners and plan advisors make her the perfect person to relieve our clients from many of the burdens associated with conversions.

Heather is originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  She studied at the University of Northern Iowa and has achieved the Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designations. She also has passed the Series 6, 7, 26, and 63 exams.  She currently lives in Overland Park, Kansas with her daughter.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, traveling, running, and cheering on local sports teams.
