With over 30+ years of product/functional and compliance experience within the financial services industry, Melissa works closely with the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure that the firm is compliant with all regulatory requirements. As a registered principal, she oversees the submission of new business to the firm as well as oversees many of the day-to-day functions of the Compliance Department. Along with her Life, accident & health licenses in Kansas and Missouri, Melissa has earned her FINRA securities registration which include Series 7,6, 63, 65, 24, 26, and 22.

When not working at the firm, Melissa shares her passion for photography in her local community, donating time and skills for many local charitable events. She participates in the annual Wreaths Across America campaigns as well as donates her time to military veterans through her association with Team Fidelis. (www.teamfidelis.org)
